Empowering Hope Through Rosaries: Transforming Lives, One Bead at a Time

In the vibrant cities of Singapore and Perth during September and October, something remarkable occurred. Thanks to the committed efforts of volunteers and supporters, the sale of rosaries, bracelets, and earrings generated a net profit of $3,000. However, this achievement was never solely about the sales—it was about transforming lives.

Among those who have benefited from these efforts is a strong woman named Merlyn, who has endured unimaginable loss. After losing her husband and two sons, she now resides in a modest house in the slums. However, her suffering has given rise to a narrative of hope and change.

With the funds raised, we are helping to renovate her modest home into something extraordinary—a workshop where disadvantaged youth can learn to craft rosaries and other handmade products. This space will not only serve as a hub for skill-building but also as a beacon of opportunity for those in need.

• Fair Wages for the Youth: The young people learning in this workshop will earn fair wages for their work, helping to break the cycle of poverty in their community.

• Empowering the Mentor: The woman herself will lead the training, sharing her skills and overseeing the workshop’s simple accounting. For her dedication, she is also compensated, providing her with much-needed stability and purpose.

• Affordable Transformation: Renovating just one room in her home to serve as a rosary workshop costs only $500—a small investment with a profound impact.
