Patricia, one of our youth members sponsored by HSCASM since 2018.
Patricia came to see Rebecca (when she was in Cebu for a visit) because she had no money
to buy school uniform, and the school was starting soon.
She was terrified of scolding and humiliation but Rebecca lovingly asked her how much would it cost. It would only cost $20 to provide uniform Patricia needed!
Rebecca provided her the money and that’s how their friendship started.
Both Patricia's parents work far from home and she has been looking after her
6 younger siblings in their residence in one of the slum areas in Cebu City.
